Job Description: Data Management Associate – AI/ML (Medical Imaging)

Experience: 0–1 year

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Data Management Associate to support AI/ML dataset preparation using medical and radiology data, including images and clinical reports. The role focuses on data collection, structuring, and cleaning to ensure high -quality datasets for model training and validation.

Key Responsibilities:

· Collect and organize medical imaging data (X -ray, CT, MRI) and associated reports

· Structure, clean, and validate datasets for AI/ML workflows

· Perform quality checks as per defined guidelines

· Maintain metadata and dataset documentation

· Support data readiness for model training, testing, and iteration

· Ensure data privacy, de -identification, and compliance standards

Required Skills:

· 0–1 year experience in data management or data operations

· Basic understanding of AI/ML data pipelines and dataset preparation

· Familiarity with medical/radiology data formats (DICOM preferred)

· Experience with Excel/CSV; basic Python or SQL is a plus

· Strong attention to detail and structured working approach
