Data Management Executive Backend

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Data Management Executive to manage data entry, data cleaning, data validation, and record maintenance. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate data, preparing basic reports, and supporting backend operations to ensure data accuracy and smooth business operations.

Responsibilities

• Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in company databases and systems.


• Perform data cleaning to identify and correct errors, inconsistencies, and duplicate records.


• Validate data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.


• Manage and organize records using MS Excel and Google Sheets.


• Use Excel formulas, sorting, filtering, and other functions to manage data efficiently.


• Prepare basic MIS reports and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly data records.


• Review data entries and ensure information is properly updated.


• Coordinate with internal teams to collect missing information and resolve data discrepancies.


• Maintain confidentiality and security of company and customer information.


• Complete assigned data management tasks within deadlines.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline.


• Freshers or candidates with 1–2 years of relevant experience in data entry, data management, MIS, or backend operations.


• Basic to good knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.


• Familiarity with sorting, filtering, formulas, and data management.


• Understanding of data cleaning, data validation, and record maintenance.


• Basic knowledge of MIS reporting is preferred.


• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.


• Good organizational and time management skills.


• Ability to handle repetitive tasks and meet deadlines.
