Job Description - Data Migration Consultant Real Estate CRM

1. Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Data Migration Consultant to lead the end-to-end data cleansing, transformation, validation, and reconciliation processes for a real estate CRM migration project involving Property-xRM. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and system integrators to ensure data accuracy and integrity throughout the migration lifecycle.

2. Must Have Skills (Mandatory)

Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Excel (including advanced functions, pivot tables, macros, and data analysis)
Proven expertise in data cleansing, transformation, validation, and reconciliation
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Effective stakeholder management and communication skills

3. Good-to-have Skills (Optional)

Domain knowledge of the real estate industry
Prior experience working with Property-xRM or similar CRM systems

4. Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university
5+ years of professional experience with data migration and Excel-based data handling
