• Machine Learning Experience – 5-8+ years of experience in machine learning in production.
  
• Statistical Analysis – Knowledge of mathematical foundations and statistical methods.
  
• Database Systems – Evaluating and optimizing existing data systems.
  
• Data Flow Design – Creating conceptual data models and data flows.
  
• Coding Best Practices – Developing best practices for data coding to ensure consistency.
  
• System Optimization – Updating and troubleshooting data systems for efficiency.
  
• Collaboration Skills – Working with cross-functional teams (Product Owners, Data Scientists, Engineers, Analysts, Developers, Architects).
  
• Technical Documentation – Preparing training materials, SOPs, and knowledge base articles.
  
• Communication & Presentation – Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  
• Multi-Stakeholder Engagement – Ability to work with multiple stakeholders in a multicultural environment.
