Data Processing Specialist

As we transition from a service-oriented model to a product-driven platform, we are expanding our hybrid Bengaluru based team. We are looking for a Data Processing Specialist to contribute to our mission by ensuring deliverables are produced in a timely manner and in accordance with client specifications. You will play a key role in connecting data to client outcomes, ensuring accuracy, speed, and consistency across every project.

How You’ll Make an Impact: 

• Maintain project oversight and communicating with our clients to ensure their requirements are being met.


• Work closely with our Client Services and Programming teams to ensure thorough understanding of project and data requirements.


• Utilize all tools made available by Konovo to facilitate efficient and accurate deliverables. These may include proprietary platforms, standard industry tools and/or AI-assisted technology.


• Ensure business needs are met through effective execution. 

 What We’re Looking For: 

• Three+ years of experience in Market Research Data Processing with clear ownership of deliverables


• Demonstrated strong analytical thinking and problem-solving, with the ability to identify issues early and resolve them effectively


• Proficient in at least one industry-standard tabulation tool, with a clear track record of learning and adopting new tools quickly


• Communicates clearly and confidently with both internal teams and clients, ensuring alignment on requirements and outputs across global teams


• Operates with high attention to detail and consistently delivers accurate, client-ready work in fast-paced environments


• Adapts quickly to changing priorities and works collaboratively across teams to move projects forward


• Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills
