Data Science Lead

? Educational Qualification

• B.Tech / M.Tech / MS / Ph.D. in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related quantitative field
  
• Advanced certifications in Data Science, Machine Learning, or AI (e.g., AWS ML Specialty) preferred
  
• Research papers, case studies, or open -source contributions (preferred)
  

? Experience Required

• 8–12 years in data science and analytics
  
• 6–8 years in advanced analytics & statistical modelling
  
• 4–6 years of team leadership / project leadership
  
• Strong experience in deploying AI/ML models in production environments (enterprise/government)

Model Lifecycle & Governance:

• MLflow, DVC, Experiment Tracking
  
• Bias detection, fairness evaluation, explainability
