Job Summary:

Talent Worx is looking for a skilled Data Scientist with expertise in Machine Learning Engineering to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, proficiency in coding, and a passion for converting data into actionable insights. This role requires a hands-on approach to building, deploying, and optimizing machine learning models to solve real-world business problems.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and develop machine learning solutions that address business needs.

Design, implement, and validate machine learning models using appropriate algorithms and techniques.

Conduct feature engineering, model selection, and hyperparameter tuning to improve model performance.

Deploy machine learning models into production and ensure their scalability, reliability, and performance.

Monitor model performance in production and iterate on model improvements.

Generate reports and visualizations to communicate findings and insights from data analysis.

Stay updated on the latest advancements in data science and machine learning technologies.

Contribute to the team's knowledge base and best practices for data science and ML engineering.

Assist in mentoring less experienced team members in data science and machine learning methodologies.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.

3-12 years of experience in data science and machine learning engineering.

Strong programming skills in Python and experience with ML libraries such as TensorFlow, Keras, or PyTorch.

Proficiency in data manipulation and analysis using SQL, Pandas, and NumPy.

Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) for deploying machine learning models.

Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, statistics, and data mining techniques.

Experience with CI/CD practices and tools for model deployment.

Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Strong communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Work with one of the Big 4's in India
