Data Science Trainer

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver and facilitate engaging and effective sessions on data science concepts and tools, including hands-on practicum classes.
• Provide academic support and mentorship to learners to ensure consistent engagement and high performance.
• Coordinate with internal academic and operations teams for batch scheduling, course planning, and resource alignment.
• Liaise with academic leadership to facilitate guest lectures and events with industry professionals.
• Oversee content and updates related to academic programs on institutional websites and social media platforms.
• Generate timely academic and operational reports for internal review and leadership use.
• Offer administrative support for academic events, including hackathons, learning showcases, and project presentations.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of data science concepts and proficiency in tools and programming languages such as Python, R, and SQL.
• Hands-on experience with machine learning libraries and frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.
• Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and digital learning platforms.
• Ability to deliver engaging lessons in both online and hybrid learning environments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with students, faculty, and external professionals.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage academic and operational responsibilities simultaneously.
• Experience in event coordination and project management is an advantage.
• Analytical mindset with sound judgment and problem-solving skills.
• Passion for continuous learning and staying updated with the latest in data science and EdTech.
