Data Scientist

We are looking for an experienced Senior Conversational Architect with expertise in Vertex AI and Dialogflow CX to lead the design, development, and productionisation of advanced conversational AI solutions across voice and chat platforms. The ideal candidate will combine technical depth, team leadership, and stakeholder management skills to deliver scalable AI-driven solutions for enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Conversational AI Design: Architect, design, and optimize conversational flows, playbooks, and user journeys using Dialogflow CX and AgentSpace.
  




• Productionisation: Oversee the deployment of voice and chat agents into production environments, ensuring scalability, reliability, and compliance with enterprise standards.
  




• AI & Data Integration: Utilize Vertex AI for advanced machine learning workflows and integrate with cloud services and business systems.
  




• Testing & Evaluation: Define and execute test cases, evaluation frameworks, and performance benchmarks for conversational agents.
  




• Programming & Automation: Develop cloud-based solutions using Python (Cloud Functions, Colab) and implement queries/analytics in SQL (BigQuery).
  




• Analytics & Insights: Leverage strong analytical skills to monitor agent performance, user behavior, and improve conversational experiences.
  




• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of developers/AI specialists, ensuring delivery excellence and adherence to agile practices.
  




• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and alignment of project goals.
  




• Program Management: Apply agile methodologies for sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and progress tracking (good to have).
  




• Innovation: Continuously explore new tools, frameworks, and methods to enhance conversational AI capabilities.
  

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Dialogflow CX, Vertex AI, and conversational agent design.
  




• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL (BigQuery).
  




• Experience leading teams and managing enterprise-level conversational AI programs.
  




• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
