Responsibilities and Impact:

As an Associate Data Scientist, you will play a pivotal role in developing intelligent, data-driven solutions that enhance our analytical capabilities and deliver meaningful insights to our clients. Your key responsibilities will include:

AI & Machine Learning Development

• Design, develop, and deploy Generative AI and intelligent agent-based solutions to enhance predictive capabilities and automate complex processes

• Build and fine-tune machine learning models to solve real-world automotive industry challenges

• Apply best practices in model development, evaluation, and optimization to ensure high-quality, scalable solutions

Data Engineering & Pipeline Management

• Design and optimize end-to-end data pipelines for efficient data processing, transformation, and integration across various platforms

• Manage and maintain AWS-based data infrastructure, including storage, processing, and machine learning solutions

Insights & Collaboration

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams — including product, engineering, and business stakeholders — to generate data-driven insights tailored to the automotive sector

• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously enhance team capabilities

What We're Looking For:

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Analytics, Statistics, or a related field

• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in building Machine Learning or Generative AI applications

• Proficiency in data analysis and programming tools such as Python, R, or SQL

• Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, frameworks, and model evaluation techniques

Technical Skills

• Expertise in AWS cloud services, including data storage (S3, Redshift), processing (Glue, Lambda), and ML solutions (SageMaker)

• Familiarity with MLOps tools and practices for model versioning, monitoring, and lifecycle management

• Solid knowledge of Generative AI techniques, including LLMs, prompt engineering, and AI agent frameworks

• Good understanding of data engineering principles and pipeline optimization strategies

Soft Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration across cross-functional teams

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset

• Ability to work independently while managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously

• A collaborative team player with a growth mindset and eagerness to learn
