Key Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Model Development and Optimization:

- **Design and Implement ML Models**: Develop, test, and deploy machine learning models to solve complex problems.

- **Optimize Algorithms**: Continuously improve model performance and scalability by optimizing algorithms and code.

- **Evaluate and Monitor Models**: Implement model evaluation techniques to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of deployed models.

2. Research and Innovation:

- **Stay Current with AI Trends**: Keep up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and ML technologies, tools, and frameworks.

- **Innovate Solutions**: Propose and develop innovative solutions using state-of-the-art AI techniques.

3. Generative AI (GenAI) Development:

- **Design GenAI Models**: Develop and implement generative models such as GANs, VAEs, and transformer-based architectures.

- **Experimentation**: Conduct experiments to validate the effectiveness and performance of GenAI models.

- **Applications of GenAI**: Apply GenAI in various domains such as text generation, image synthesis, and other creative applications.

4. Data Management and Analysis:

- **Data Preparation**: Collect, preprocess, and clean large datasets for training and evaluation of models.

- **Feature Engineering**: Identify and create meaningful features to improve model performance.

5. Collaboration and Communication:

- **Cross-functional Collaboration**: Work closely with other teams including data scientists, engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions.

- **Documentation and Reporting**: Maintain comprehensive documentation of models, processes, and experiments. Communicate findings and progress to the team and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Educational Background:

- **Degree**: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Technical Skills:

- **Programming Languages**: Proficiency in Python

- **ML Frameworks**: Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, Scikit-Learn, and similar ML frameworks.

- **GenAI Expertise**: Familiarity with generative models and tools such as GANs, VAEs, and transformers (e.g., GPT-3, BERT).

- **Data Handling**: Strong skills in SQL, and data manipulation libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy).
