Description
As a Data Scientist I, you will be a key member of our Analytics, Insights, and Innovation team, working closely with various business units to provide data-driven insights and solutions. Your role will involve developing and implementing analytical models, leveraging AI/ML techniques to solve complex business problems, and driving data-centric decision-making processes.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain data-driven models and algorithms to support business decision-making.
Apply AI/ML techniques to analyze large datasets and extract valuable insights.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their data needs and translate them into analytical methodologies.
Build scalable analytical workflows and ensure data integrity and security.
Conduct statistical analysis, predictive analytics, and forecasting to support business planning.
Implement classification and regression models for various business use cases.
Explore and apply Generative AI and LLM techniques to solve business problems.
Create compelling data visualizations and executive dashboards to communicate insights.
Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior team members.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in data science and AI technologies.

Qualifications

2-3 years of experience in data science or AI/ML-focused roles.
Strong programming skills in Python and SQL, with expertise in data wrangling and handling large datasets.
Hands-on experience with data science frameworks like Pandas, NumPy, and Scikit-learn.
Familiarity with statistical analysis, machine learning, and model evaluation techniques.
Exposure to Generative AI, prompt engineering, and practical AI applications.
Excellent skills in Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and presentation.
Ability to translate business requirements into analytical solutions.
Creative problem-solving skills and a passion for data-driven innovation.
Effective communication skills to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
A collaborative mindset and a desire to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
