If you want to be part of an inclusive, adaptable, and forward-thinking organization, apply now.\n\nWe are currently seeking a Data Scientist ML (GenAI) to join our team in Bangalore, Karn\u0101taka (IN-KA), India (IN).\n\nJob Duties: The Agentic AI Governance Platform enables centralized governance of AI agents evolving from simple automation tools to autonomous systems capable of complex decision-making. \nThe Data Scientist will play a key role in: \n\u2022 Defining agent evaluation metrics \n\u2022 Designing validation and control mechanisms \n\u2022 Implementing monitoring and explainability frameworks \n\u2022 Integrating Generative AI models within a governance-driven architecture \nThe solution will be deployed on Microsoft Azure, leveraging advanced AI capabilities.\n\nRole Overview \nWe are seeking a Data Scientist specialized in Machine Learning and Generative AI, with strong Azure cloud experience, to design, evaluate, and monitor intelligent agents within a structured AI governance framework.\n\nKey Responsibilities \n\u2022 Design, train, and evaluate ML and Generative AI models. \n\u2022 Define criticality, risk, and performance metrics for AI agents. \n\u2022 Implement validation and continuous monitoring mechanisms. \n\u2022 Develop experimentation and evaluation pipelines. \n\u2022 Contribute to the design of the AI governance framework. \n\u2022 Implement explainability techniques (XAI). \n\u2022 Integrate LLM-based solutions (Azure OpenAI or similar). \n\u2022 Ensure alignment with Responsible AI principles.\n\nMinimum Skills Required: Technical Requirements \n\uf0d8 Machine Learning \n\u2022 Strong Python skills (pandas, scikit-learn, PyTorch or TensorFlow) \n\u2022 Experience with supervised and unsupervised models \n\u2022 Model evaluation and validation frameworks \n\uf0d8 Generative AI \n\u2022 Hands-on experience with LLMs \n\u2022 Prompt engineering \n\u2022 RAG architectures \n\u2022 Fine-tuning or model adaptation \n\u2022 Evaluation of generative model outputs \n\uf0d8 Cloud (Azure) \n\u2022 Azure Machine Learning \n\u2022 Azure OpenAI \n\u2022 Azure ML pipelines \n\u2022 Azure Storage \n\u2022 Experience deploying models to production \n\uf0d8 Governance \u0026 Monitoring \n\u2022 Knowledge of: \no AI risk assessment \no Model monitoring \no Bias detection \no Explainability tools (SHAP, LIME, etc.) \no MLOps practices\n\nNice to Have \n\u2022 Experience in regulated industries (insurance, banking) \n\u2022 Experience designing autonomous or multi-agent systems \n\u2022 Familiarity with AI regulatory frameworks (e.g., EU AI Act) \n\u2022 Experience with multi-agent architectures\n\nAbout NTT DATA\n\nNTT DATA is a $30 billion business and technology services leader, serving 75% of the Fortune Global 100.
