Database Engineer

8+ years of Database Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education The Candidate should be willing to work different shifts Team player with strong analytical and effective communication skills Sound Experience in any Database like SQL server, Oracle, HDFS Should have innovative mindset for process improvements and automations Zeal to learn and keen interest in learning new things Plans, analyzes, designs, implements, maintains, and controls the organization's databases Consults with and provides guidance to database users and client groups, often recommending tactical and strategic solutions Moderate to complex programming and coding to automate and/or support the database environment; performance monitoring and tuning; analyzing database metrics and assisting with capacity planning Administer and monitor the environment on regular basis for any issues Performance tuning systems for better performance Tune queries and pro-actively suggest improvements Work with vendors on upgrades and migrations LI-INPAS
