We are currently seeking a Database Engineer Database to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN). Key Responsibilities: * Develop and maintain the enterprise data dictionary across data domains, platforms, and business units. * Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and business users to define and document data definitions, formats, owners, and usage. * Ensure metadata is consistent, up to date, and easily accessible via centralized tooling. * Partner with data governance and compliance teams to align with regulatory and security standards. * Assist in automating metadata capture from various systems (e.g., databases, ETL pipelines). * Support data lineage, data cataloging, and data quality initiatives. ________________________________________ Required Skills & Qualifications: * Strong understanding of data modeling, metadata management, and data governance. * Experience with any data catalog tools * Hands-on experience with SQL and familiarity with modern data platforms (e.g., Databricks & Aure). * Attention to detail and ability to translate technical data About NTT DATA NTT DATA is a $30+ billion business and technology services leader, serving 75% of the Fortune Global 100.
