Day Care Teacher - The Shri Ram Wonder Years, Rohini

The Shri Ram Wonder Years, Rohini is seeking a Day Care Teacher to join its family. At The Shri Ram Wonder Years, we believe in creating a nurturing, safe, and joyful environment for young learners. Our day-care program is designed to ensure children feel cared for, engaged, and secure in a home-like atmosphere after school hours.

The role details are as follows:

Job Title: Day care Teacher
Location: The Shri ram Wonder Years, Sector-13, Rohini
Job Type: Full-time (7 hours/day)
Working Hours: 11:30 AM to 6:30 PM
Experience: Minimum 1 year in childcare or early years education preferred

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Ensure the safety, well-being, and emotional comfort of children in your care.
• Supervise and engage children in meaningful play and age-appropriate activities.
• Create a calm, organized, and cheerful day-care environment.
• Maintain daily records, anecdotes, and communicate effectively with parents about their child’s day.
• Handle minor injuries or illnesses and communicate with the school team and parents as required.
• Follow all school guidelines and support team members during routines and transitions.
• Ensure proper handover of children at dispersal.

Requirements:

• Minimum 12th pass; Early Childhood Care or Day care-related certification preferred.
• At least 1 year of prior experience in a day care or preschool environment.
• Warm, patient, and responsible nature with a genuine love for working with children.
• Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Basic understanding of child safety, hygiene, and behavior management.
