Dayforce HCM Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Dayforce HCM SME to support and enhance Dayforce HCM operations. The candidate will serve as the primary functional expert, partnering with HR, Payroll, Learning, and Business stakeholders to optimize HR processes across the employee lifecycle.

This is a client-facing onsite role requiring strong functional expertise across Dayforce modules including Payroll, Workforce Management, Onboarding, Offboarding, Learning, Employee Data Management, and HR Service Delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary SME for the Dayforce platform and related HR processes.


• Support day-to-day operations, incident resolution, and user queries.


• Partner with HR, Payroll, L&D, and IT teams to gather requirements and implement solutions.


• Configure and maintain Dayforce modules, including:

• Analyze business requirements and recommend best-practice Dayforce solutions.


• Support testing, upgrades, patches, and new feature deployments.


• Ensure data integrity, security, compliance, and audit readiness.


• Develop process documentation, user guides, and knowledge articles.


• Conduct stakeholder workshops, training sessions, and end-user enablement.


• Collaborate with vendors and technical teams for integrations and issue resolution.


• Drive continuous improvement and process automation initiatives.

• Knowledge of HR system integrations and data management.


• Experience with reporting, analytics, and dashboard development.


• Familiarity with testing methodologies and release management.
