Key Responsibilities

• Manage qualified real estate prospects through the final stages of the sales cycle.
  
• Conduct detailed discussions with prospective buyers regarding properties, pricing, payment plans, and booking procedures.
  
• Negotiate commercial terms effectively while protecting organizational margins and approved pricing.
  
• Convert qualified leads into confirmed bookings and achieve assigned closure targets.
  
• Follow up consistently with prospects to resolve objections and accelerate purchase decisions.
  
• Maintain accurate lead status, follow-up notes, and closure information in the CRM.
  
• Coordinate with sales, finance, legal, and documentation teams to ensure smooth deal completion.
  
• Prepare periodic reports on conversions, pending negotiations, lost opportunities, and sales pipeline performance.
  

Required Skills

1. Deal Closing: Ability to move qualified prospects from consideration to confirmed booking.
   
2. Negotiation: Strong understanding of price negotiations, payment discussions, and objection resolution.
   
3. Real Estate Sales: Familiarity with property sales processes and customer decision-making.
   
4. Lead Conversion: Ability to prioritize high-intent prospects and improve conversion ratios.
   
5. CRM Management: Ability to track prospects, follow-ups, stages, and closure activity systematically.
   

Preferred Skills

• Experience handling residential or commercial property buyers.
  
• Knowledge of Chennai's real estate market.
  
• Experience working with target-driven sales teams.
  

Work Experience Requirements

Typical experience for this role is 2–5 years in real estate sales, property advisory, direct sales, or another high-value closing environment. Candidates should ideally have hands-on experience handling qualified leads, commercial negotiations, objection handling, and final sales conversion.

Education

• Minimum: Typical: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related discipline
  
• Preferred: MBA / PG qualification in Marketing or Sales
  
• Additional: CRM or professional sales certifications are advantageous
