Position: Deal Desk & Revenue Operations Analyst
Location: Chennai (On -site)
Shift: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM IST
Experience: 2–4 years

About the role: This role requires strong expertise in Revenue Operations, Deal Desk processes, Sales Operations, Salesforce CRM, DocuSign, and deal lifecycle management, along with excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with US -based stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and support the end -to -end deal lifecycle from opportunity creation through contract execution.
  • Partner with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Operations teams to review, validate, and process sales opportunities.
  • Review deal structures, pricing, approvals, and commercial terms to ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Maintain accurate sales opportunities, quotes, and contracts in Salesforce CRM.
  • Coordinate contract generation, routing, and execution using DocuSign.
  • Ensure timely deal approvals and remove roadblocks to accelerate sales closures.
  • Monitor deal pipeline, identify bottlenecks, and provide operational support to sales teams.
  • Generate reports and dashboards to track deal performance, sales metrics, and operational KPIs.
  • Collaborate with US -based stakeholders and provide timely updates on deal status.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to Revenue Operations initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Deal Desk, or Sales Operations.
  • Strong hands -on experience with Salesforce CRM.
  • Experience using DocuSign for contract management and approvals.
  • Solid understanding of the deal lifecycle, including quoting, approvals, contract execution, and order processing.
  • Experience working closely with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Customer Success teams.
  • Strong analytical, problem -solving, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience supporting US -based stakeholders in a global delivery environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast -paced environment.
