We’re looking for Azure Full Stack Architect to join EY GDS team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a leading firm whilst being instrumental in the growth of a new service offering. EY Digital Engineering is a unique, industry-focused business unit that provides a broad range of integrated services that leverage deep industry experience with strong functional capability and product knowledge. The Digital Engineering practice works with clients to analyse, formulate, design, mobilize and drive digital transformation initiatives. We advise clients on their most pressing digital challenges and opportunities surround business strategy, customer, growth, profit optimization, innovation, technology strategy, and digital transformation.  We also have a unique ability to help our clients translate strategy into actionable technical design, and transformation planning/mobilization.  Through our unique combination of competencies and solutions, EY’s DE team helps our clients sustain competitive advantage and profitability by developing strategies to stay ahead of the rapid pace of change and disruption and supporting the execution of complex transformations

Skills and attributes for success

Technical attributes:

• Strong background in Azure Cloud Platform, with the ability to position and modernize enterprise workloads on Azure


• Ability to design and document end-to-end solution architectures, ensuring alignment with business requirements, scalability, and best practices.


• Experience in preparing comprehensive RFP/RFI responses, including solution recommendations, effort estimation, and technical differentiation.


• Deep knowledge of Azure Well-Architected Framework and cloud design principles including reliability, security, cost optimization, and performance efficiency


• Strong expertise in delivering technical presentations and solution storytelling, effectively communicating complex architecture concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.


• Proven ability to develop and deliver Proof of Concepts (PoCs) and technical demonstrations to validate solutions and showcase business value.

Management attributes: 

• Understanding of the current IT environment and industry IT trends to identify the engagement and client service issues.


• Experience in communicating technical study conclusions through written reports and presentations, using tools such as PowerPoint/Excel/Word/Visio. 


• Must have presentation skills – ability to create PowerPoint presentations to communicate solution architecture to various stakeholders.


• Experience with researching new products/tools and rapid prototyping.

To qualify for the role, you must have

• Degree in Engineering


• A hands-on technical person with at least 10 years in executing multiple Cloud projects. 


• Experience in Cloud platforms such as Azure.


• Experience in Agile Scrum Methodology and DevOps


• Ability to work in a fast-paced and agile development environment.


• Have experience in developing strategies, plan, design, development, testing, deployment and production support of projects and products.
