About the role

As a Decontamination Engineer at Anglian Dental Engineering, you will be part of the Operations Department, ensuring that our services meet the highest quality, safety and compliance standards. Your field-based role will involve servicing, repairing, validating, and maintaining various decontamination equipment while delivering excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

Install, repair, validate, and maintain vacuum sterilisers, washer disinfectors, and autoclaves in dental decontamination rooms.
Conduct pressure vessel inspections on autoclaves and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting to customers and colleagues.
Drive sales and sign up customers to our service contracts.
Build and maintain good relationships with customers and suppliers.
Keep accurate records of work done, parts used, and invoices issued.
Follow health and safety procedures and best practices.

About You

Minimum 3 year’s experience as a Decontamination Engineer or similar role in the medical field
Excellent technical and problem-solving skills
Good communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Willingness to travel to different locations
Enthusiasm and passion for the job
