Role Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Execute safe and efficient package delivery to customers within assigned zones, prioritizing on-time arrival.
  
• Manage last-mile delivery operations by planning optimal routes to maximize efficiency and minimize delays.
  
• Handle cash collection and accurately record payments received from customers during deliveries.
  
• Prepare and maintain all necessary delivery documentation, ensuring compliance with company protocols.
  
• Perform physical package handling duties, including sorting, loading, and unloading goods with care.
  
• Coordinate with dispatch teams to update delivery statuses and resolve any logistical issues that arise.
