The ideal candidate will serve as the face of our company, delivering orders with care and reliability to foster strong client relationships.

Responsibilities

Execute timely and accurate delivery of orders to designated locations within the assigned local area.
Navigate efficiently using smartphone applications and route planning tools to optimize travel paths and ensure punctuality.
Interact professionally with customers to confirm receipt of orders and address any immediate inquiries or concerns.
Manage multiple deliveries simultaneously, prioritizing tasks to meet strict time constraints and deadlines.
Maintain the condition of delivery items and ensure all packages are handled with care during transit.
Utilize smartphone technology to update delivery status, track routes, and communicate with the dispatch team in real-time.

Requirements

Requirements:

Proven experience in customer service, order delivery, or last-mile logistics is highly preferred.
