Summary

The Delivery Executive within the IT Services sector plays a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient and timely movement of goods to end recipients. This position is essential for maintaining high customer satisfaction by managing the final stage of the supply chain, known as last-mile delivery. The incumbent will be responsible for navigating complex routes to complete deliveries while upholding the company's standards for speed, accuracy, and professional conduct.

Responsibilities

Plan and execute efficient delivery routes to ensure timely arrival at customer locations.
Manage time effectively to meet strict daily delivery targets and schedules.
Interact professionally with clients to provide excellent service and resolve any immediate concerns.
Ensure all parcels are handled with care to prevent damage during transit and storage.
Execute the final leg of the delivery process, confirming receipt and completing necessary documentation.
Maintain punctuality in all operations to support overall logistical efficiency.
