The Delivery Head will be responsible for end -to -end ownership of SAP BRIM delivery across all implementation programs at Mobolutions. This role will drive project execution excellence, customer satisfaction, delivery governance, team capability building, and revenue realization.
The ideal candidate should have strong SAP BRIM implementation experience and proven leadership in managing global delivery engagements.
Required Experience
15+ years of SAP experience with strong BRIM expertise.
Minimum 5+ full -cycle SAP implementations.
5+ years in delivery leadership role.
Experience managing global/US clients.
Strong commercial and P&L exposure.
Key Responsibilities
1. Delivery Ownership & Governance
Own end -to -end delivery of SAP BRIM projects (SOM, CC, CI, FICA, RAR).
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget.
Establish delivery governance, review mechanisms, and reporting cadence.
Drive risk mitigation and escalation management.
2. Client Engagement & Stakeholder Management
Act as executive delivery sponsor for key accounts.
Manage client relationships across US and global customers.
Drive customer satisfaction and long -term account growth.
Handle escalations and ensure resolution within defined TAT.
3. Financial & P&L Management
Own delivery margins and revenue realization.
Track project profitability, resource utilization, and cost optimization.
Forecast revenue and capacity planning aligned with business goals.
4. Team Leadership & Capability Building
Lead and scale the SAP BRIM delivery team.
Mentor Project Managers, Leads, and Consultants.
Build competency framework and certification roadmap.
Drive performance management and succession planning.
5. Presales & Solution Support
Support presales in solutioning and effort estimation.
Review proposals, SOWs, and delivery commitments.
Ensure realistic planning and risk -aligned commitments.
6. Process Excellence & Quality
Define standard delivery methodology and templates.
Implement KPI -driven delivery tracking.
Improve delivery maturity model and best practices.
