What's this role about?

We are looking for a strong Delivery leader to lead and drive delivery, customer satisfaction, employee satisfaction for a Retail customer. Ideal candidate must have proven track record of leading a retail customer. Provide Solutions to existing projects and new projects including RFPs. Strong Communication and interpersonal skills. KPI Based/Agile Based Strong Execution of IT Services projects Financial management, People Management.
