Role: Delivery Head - Data & Analytics (Energy & Utilities) Experience: Minimum 15 years of experience in the IT industry, Proven track record in global delivery management, particularly in the D&A domain Demonstrated expertise in managing quality delivery for Energy & Utilities clients. Responsibilities: Lead the delivery of D&A delviery for Energy & Utilities clients, ensuring alignment with business objectives and client expectations Manage the P&L for D&A projects, driving profitability and cost efficiency Oversee project planning, resource allocation, and risk management to ensure successful project outcomes Build and nurture client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and driving customer satisfaction Mentor and develop delivery teams, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in D&A, providing thought leadership and strategic guidance Skills and Qualifications: Strong background in Data & Analytics, with hands-on experience in delivering complex projects Proven leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve goals Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders at all levels Strategic mindset, with the ability to drive business growth and identify new opportunities Strong business acumen and understanding of the Energy & Utilities industry landscape Relevant certifications and qualifications in D&A and project management are a plus
