Responsibilities:
Hire retain and develop a highperforming diverse and inclusiveteam.
Increase thespeed of onboarding of new customers and ensuring realization ofSaaS revenue within the definedtimelines.
Ensuresuccessful delivery of all projects assigned to DeliveryCentres.
Lead thefinancial health of the projects that are delivered by DeliveryCentres. Also ensure there is no leakage of revenue by providingsupport within the agreed SLA through the supportorganization.
Workclosely with our Customer Success Sales and Engineering teamstoensure we have the right offerings and capabilities that meetcustomer and marketexpectations.
Review assess and define the tools and processes required todeliver high levels of customersatisfaction.
Prepare and maintain forecasts for staffing resourceplanning.
Preparemonthly reports with an emphasis on staff use utilizationresolution time and overall customersatisfaction.
Establish and cultivate a solid working relationship with customersthrough building relationships with critical stakeholders (ClevelLeaders IT Directors and ITManagers).
ProfileExpectations:

MBA oradvanced degree in a management field or experience leadingbusiness functions including bookings andP&L.
15years of experience managing professional services teams andoffshore deliveryteams.
10 years ofexperience in the Enterprise SaaSdomain.
Experiencebuilding and managing offshore delivery centreteams.
Demonstratedcommunication project management and stakeholder management skillswith a focus on negotiating and delivering successfulprojects.
Experience working with a crossfunctional team and geographicallydispersed customerbase.
Proven trackrecord of managing largescale services projects to the CSuite levelof executives.
Ability to drive strong revenue growth and maintain profitabilityof all accounts.
Demonstrated ability to navigate between the business and technicaldomains of an Enterprise B2B SaaSproduct.
