18 -20 years of experience. Should have started off his/her career from a development background, worked on Transaction banking product implementations, customizations etc and then moved on to a technical delivery role. He/she would be handling few clients on the transaction banking space. They should be able to internally work with the CoE's, project/program managers, and product teams in terms of customizations and enhancements and engage with the clients on tech conversations & smooth delivery of projects.. He/she would be managing a large team with a matrix role and having a P&L responsibility of 30-50M. Work with the product engineering teams on existing solutions and also build new solutions in accordance to customer needs. Prefer candidates from the Fintech Product org or someone from the Tier 1/2 Services working with the clients on the Transaction banking space. Should have a techno-functional mindset.
