Delivery Manager

• Own end -to -end delivery of assigned client engagements — capability programs, AI tools, learning interventions, and advisory deliverables
  
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients through the delivery lifecycle, ensuring clear communication, expectation management, and satisfaction
  
• Build and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones — and hold all stakeholders accountable to them
  
• Proactively identify risks, flag issues early, and drive resolutions before they escalate
  

• Coordinate with cross -functional internal teams including content developers, instructional designers, technology teams, and consultants to ensure deliverables are produced on time and to spec
  
• Run structured review cycles, feedback loops, and quality checks across all deliverables before client handover
  
• Maintain clear documentation of project status, decisions, and change requests throughout the engagement
  

• Conduct regular project reviews and check -ins with clients — both operational and strategic
  
• Understand client context deeply enough to anticipate needs, suggest improvements, and flag opportunities
  
• Gather post -delivery feedback and drive continuous improvement into future engagements
  

• Contribute to building and refining Ambilio's delivery frameworks, templates, and standard operating procedures
  
• Ensure consistency and quality across all client touchpoints and deliverable formats
  
• Track and report on delivery metrics — timeliness, quality scores, client satisfaction, and budget adherence
  

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in project delivery, program management, or client engagement roles
  
• Experience delivering learning & development programs, training solutions, or capability -building engagements for corporate clients
  
• Strong understanding of project management principles — scoping, planning, execution, and closure
  
• Hands -on experience coordinating with multiple internal stakeholders and managing competing priorities
  
• Excellent client communication and relationship management skills
  

• Exposure to AI, EdTech, or consulting delivery environments
  
• Familiarity with tools like Asana, Notion, JIRA, or similar project management platforms
  
• Experience working in a startup or boutique firm where you had to figure things out as you went
