Delivery Manager

Delivery Manager with 8+ years of experience, including managing multiple clients simultaneously. Prior experience in delivering AI projects is highly preferred. The Delivery Manager will be responsible for ensuring the success of complex solutions, maintaining client satisfaction, and driving delivery excellence across a portfolio of engagements.

Key Responsibilities

• Client & Portfolio Management
  

  • Manage end -to -end delivery of client accounts, ensuring project outcomes meet agreed business objectives.
    

  • Build and foster strong relationships with client stakeholders at multiple levels.
    

  • Maintain service quality, oversee client communications, and drive satisfaction metrics across the portfolio.
    

• AI Project Delivery (Preferred)
  

  • Oversee implementation of AI/ML projects, collaborating with data scientists, engineers, and product managers.
    

  • Ensure solutions are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with client expectations and success criteria.
    

  • Anticipate and resolve delivery risks and challenges in a timely manner.
    

• Planning, Governance & Process Excellence
  

  • Define delivery plans, milestones, and governance cadences (status reviews, steering committees, etc.).
    

  • Implement process improvements and best practices to enhance predictability, quality, and efficiency.
    

  • Track delivery KPIs and take corrective actions where needed.
    

• Team Leadership & People Management
  

  • Lead and mentor delivery teams, ensuring effective resource allocation and utilization.
    

  • Guide and coach project managers / leads for continuous improvement and professional growth.
    

  • Foster a high -performance, accountable, and collaborative team culture.
    

• Risk, Issues & Stakeholder Management
  

  • Proactively identify delivery risks, dependencies, and issues, and drive mitigation plans.
    

  • Communicate clearly and regularly with internal leadership and client stakeholders.
    

  • Manage escalations with a solutions -oriented approach and ensure timely resolution.
    

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of delivery or project management experience (IT, technology, or professional services preferred).
  

• Experience managing portfolios with simultaneous client engagements.
  

• Proven experience delivering AI, machine learning, or data science projects is highly desirable.
  

• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
  

• Working knowledge of agile and/or hybrid delivery methodologies.
  

• Excellent people management and leadership skills, with experience leading cross -functional teams.
  

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
  

• Priority will be given to candidates with proven experience in leading or delivering AI projects, along with strong client and portfolio management capabilities.
