ExperienceBachelor or Postgraduate in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related Engineering with overall 15+ years of experience in technology domain/ Software industry.
3 to 5 years of experience in leading 100+ engineering team responsible for P&L / Sales, delivery of engineering software applications in Media & Communication or Broadcasting domain.
Job Description
•Planning and scheduling the delivery process, including defining project scope, milestones, and timelines.
•Managing the budget and resources of the delivery, including allocating tasks to team members, and ensuring that the project stays on track.
•Identifying and managing risks to the delivery, including developing contingency plans to mitigate potential issues.
•Communicating with stakeholders, including team members, clients, and other stakeholders, to ensure that everyone is informed about the progress of the delivery.
•Tracking progress and making, adjustments as needed to keep the delivery on track.
•Providing guidance and mentorship to team members to ensure that they have the skills and support they need to complete their tasks.
•Working with clients or other stakeholders to meet their needs and expectations.
•Introduce best practices, agile methodologies, and engineering standards; institutionalize change when necessary and as appropriate.
•Lead all change management initiatives and create a high-performing environment where Execution, Quality and Innovation thrive to its best.

Skill setMust Have:
Media, Broadcasting or Communication business domain exposure with digital technologies like Cloud or Web or Analytics is must.
The candidate should be technically sound with an entrepreneurial and global mindset.
Hands on delivery management expertise with high energy level and can actively engage stake holders.
Hands-on customer interaction that allows the individual to understand true customer needs with a proven track record of managing the expectations of a global customer base.
Must be a “hands-on” and be able to inspire and build confidence in the management team to ensure the company’s continued growth.
Must have integrity and a desire to bring out the best in people as well as instill a sense of loyalty and purpose.
