The Offshore Delivery Lead is responsible for ensuring the effective governance of offshore delivery operations, focusing on compliance, process adherence, quality assurance, and continuous improvement. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to drive efficiency, mitigate risks, and optimize offshore delivery processes.

Roles and Responsibilities: • Compliance and Process Adherence: Ensure offshore delivery operations comply agreed operating standards and enforce adherence to established processes and procedures.

• Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain quality assurance processes to ensure the delivery of high-quality services. Conduct regular reviews to identify areas for improvement.

• Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks related to offshore delivery operations. Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to ensure smooth operations.

• Performance Monitoring: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track the performance of offshore delivery operations. Identify trends, issues, and improvement opportunities.

• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency in offshore delivery operations. Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders.

• Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of offshore delivery operations. Implement best practices and lessons learned.

• Governance Framework: Develop and maintain a governance framework for offshore delivery operations. Define roles, responsibilities, and processes to ensure effective governance.

• Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of governance processes, procedures, and policies. Ensure documentation is easily accessible and understandable.
