Job Description - Delivery Operations Specialist

What to Expect

Delivery is a very exciting time for customers who are preparing to take ownership of their Tesla. The Delivery Operations Specialist serves as a liaison between the local delivery and supporting teams to consistently and professionally prepare for customer deliveries. This position has a direct impact on our delivery promise as customers take ownership of their new vehicles.

What You’ll Do

Oversee and coordinate administrative responsibilities at the delivery center
Monitor and manage pipeline flow and appointment calendars to ensure an accurate and efficient delivery process.
Prepare, print and process delivery documents in an accurate and timely fashion
Work cross -functionally with other sales operations teams to verify sales orders, contracts and registration documents for accuracy.
Record information and ensure data quality in our systems
Work with other departments such as service and logistics to coordinate vehicle shipment and prep
Develop and implement best practices to provide a superior ownership experience and reflect Tesla brand values
Other responsibilities: Perform other related duties as assigned, based on the business need

Requirements

What You’ll Bring

Excellent organization and communication skills
Comfortable working in a fast paced environment
Proven ability to work well with others in a team
Self -starter who is goal -oriented and highly motivated
Superior attention to detail
Willingness to work on a flexible schedule, according to activity volume
Ability to work across multiple systems
Related automotive and registration experience preferred
Administrative and customer -facing experience preferred
At least 3 years relevant experience
Business level of English skills and other local languages
Valid driver license holder
