Demand Generation Data & Reporting Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards to track marketing performance, demand generation activities, and funnel conversion metrics. 


• Own reporting across the prospect-to-order lifecycle, ensuring accurate visibility into key performance indicators. 


• Develop and manage marketing attribution models to measure the impact of campaigns on pipeline creation. 


• Establish data governance standards, metric definitions, and reporting frameworks to ensure consistency and accuracy. 


• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales Operations, and IT teams to integrate and manage data from Salesforce, Pardot, and Google Analytics. 


• Lead data quality initiatives, including deduplication, normalization, and enrichment activities. 


• Provide trend analysis, forecasting, and actionable recommendations to improve marketing effectiveness.


• Support the development of new reporting solutions aligned with evolving business priorities.

What will help you succeed at FARO CREAFORM:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Analytics, Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.


• 5 to 8 years of experience in marketing analytics, business intelligence, or a similar data-focused role. 


• Advanced expertise with Power BI, including dashboard development and data modeling.


• Strong SQL skills and experience transforming and analyzing large datasets. 


• Hands-on experience with Salesforce and Pardot reporting environments. 


• Strong understanding of marketing funnel metrics, lead management processes, and attribution methodologies. 


• Ability to translate business questions into meaningful analysis and clear recommendations.


• Experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), multi-touch attribution models, or Power Automate is considered an asset. 


• Bilingualism (English and French) is considered an asset. This role involves collaboration with global teams, international stakeholders, and colleagues located outside Canada.
