Job Description - Demand Generation Manager

  • Demand Generation Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive outbound and multi -channel campaigns to drive
    qualified pipeline, expand market reach, and accelerate customer acquisition across key verticals.

  • Team Leadership: Lead, manage, and motivate a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to deliver high -quality meetings and opportunities.
  •  Pipeline & Revenue Growth Planning: Define ambitious yet achievable demand and revenue goals; create forecasts,
    budgets, and KPIs aligned with business growth objectives.

  • Customer Engagement: Create compelling messaging and outreach sequences across calls, email, and LinkedIn to
    engage decision -makers and prospective enterprise customers.

  • Process Optimization: Continuously refine demand generation workflows and SDR playbooks to improve conversion
    rates, shorten sales cycles, and increase efficiency.

  • Cross -Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Marketing, Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams to align
    campaigns, buyer personas, and messaging across the customer journey.

  • Sales Enablement: Drive adoption of best -in -class tools, including power dialers (e.g., Orum), sales engagement platforms (e.g., Outreach), and AI -driven prospecting platforms to scale productivity.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Maintain accurate and up -to -date CRM (Salesforce, Pardot) records; generate dashboards and
    reports to track KPIs such as qualified leads, Meeting Conversions, pipeline contribution, and Lead -to -opportunity conversion time.

  • Events: Represent SMARTe at industry events as a demand generation leader and brand advocate.


Requirements

  • 8–12 years of progressive experience in demand generation, inside sales leadership, or business development roles.
  • Proven success in building and scaling high -performing SDR/demand gen teams.
  • Deep understanding of the U.S. B2B market, including buyer behavior and sales channels.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence across levels.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or related field; MBA strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency in CRM and demand gen tools (Salesforce, Pardot, Orum, Outreach, AI -driven prospecting).
  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data, forecast trends, and make data -driven decisions.
  • High energy, accountability, and a growth -oriented mindset with a relentless drive to succeed.
