Locations:  Surat, Ahmedabad

Key   Responsibilities:

• Identify,   engage,   and   enroll   contractors,   OEMs,   applicators,   architects,   and   interior   designers
  
• Build   and   manage   a   strong   influencer   base   capable   of   generating   repeat   demand
  
• Execute   product   sampling,   trials,   and   on-site   demonstrations
  
• Convert   product   trials   into   regular   usage   through   follow-ups   and   application   support
  
• Identify   and   activate   key   dealers   to   enable   influencer-led   demand   pull
  
• Ensure   product   availability   and   strong   influencer–dealer   linkage
  
• Drive   consistent   secondary   sales   volumes   from   the   enrolled   influencer   base.
  
• Track   demand-to-volume   conversion   and   report   performance   regularly.
  
• Coordinate   closely   with   Regional   Managers,   Area   Managers,   and   internal   teams

• 1.6–8 years of experience in demand
  generation, influencer management, or B2B sales
  
• Prior experience in wood coatings, paints, or allied
  industries preferred
  
• Strong   working   relationships   with   contractors,   OEMs,   architects,   and   interior   designers
