Job Description - Demand Generator (TN01,02)

The Demand Generator (DG) plays a pivotal role in driving field-based demand creation within the assigned territory. This field-focused professional is tasked with building and sustaining influencer-led demand by engaging key stakeholders such as contractors, OEMs, architects, and interior designers. Through strategic product sampling, on-site demonstrations, and targeted dealer activation, the DG ensures consistent secondary sales growth. The role emphasizes independent execution, relationship management, and data-driven performance tracking, contributing directly to the expansion of market presence and long-term demand sustainability.

Responsibilities:

Identify, engage, and enroll contractors, OEMs, applicators, architects, and interior designers as key influencers.
Develop and maintain a high-performing influencer network to drive repeat demand.
Execute product sampling, trials, and on-site demonstrations to showcase product value.
Follow up on trials to convert prospects into consistent users through application support and guidance.
Identify and activate key dealers to strengthen influencer–dealer linkage and enable demand pull.
Ensure optimal product availability and seamless coordination between influencers and dealers.
Drive measurable secondary sales volumes from the enrolled influencer base.
Monitor and report on demand-to-volume conversion metrics on a regular basis.
Collaborate closely with Regional Managers, Area Managers, and cross-functional teams for alignment and support.

Performance Focus:

Consistent delivery and growth in secondary sales volumes
High enrolment, productivity, and retention rates among influencers
Effective activation of dealers and generation of pull-through demand
Sustainable and high-quality demand pipeline development

Requirements:

6 months to 6 years of experience in demand generation, influencer management, or B2B sales
Prior experience in wood coatings, paints, or allied industries is preferred
Proven ability to build and manage strong relationships with contractors, OEMs, architects, and interior designers
Demonstrated field execution skills and territory management proficiency
Deep understanding of influencer-driven demand models
Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
Ability to operate autonomously with minimal supervision and high accountability

Locations: Kumbakonam, Pondicherry, South Chennai, Coimbatore, Madurai, Nagercoil,
Karaikudi
(Trichy, Vanur-Closed)

Requirements

Benefits

CTC: 8Lakhs– 3.5Lakhs (Fixed) + 4.5Lakhs (Variable)

Travel Allowance: Non-Metro: 2500, Metro: 3500
