| Roles and Responsibilities : | 1. Review and analyze denied medical claims to identify root causes 2. Correct coding errors and documentation discrepancies leading to denials 3. Apply accurate ICD -10, CPT, and HCPCS codes in compliance with guidelines 4. Work closely with billing, AR, and clinical documentation teams to resolve denials 5. Prepare and support appeals by providing correct coding and documentation 6. Ensure compliance with payer policies and regulatory standards 7. Track denial trends and provide insights for process improvement 8. Maintain productivity and quality benchmarks as defined by the organization |
