Dental RCM Specialist

Virtual Admins is hiring for Dental Billing Specialist (US Healthcare)

We are looking for a Dental Billing Specialist with hands-on experience in the US Dental Billing process and a strong understanding of the Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) process. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and is willing to work in a fast-paced US healthcare environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Verify patients' dental insurance eligibility, benefits by contacting insurance companies.


• Contact insurance providers via phone, web portals, and fax to follow up on claim status, denials, pending claims, and payment-related issues.


• Prepare, submit, track, and monitor dental insurance claims to ensure timely reimbursement.


• Work closely with dental offices and internal teams 


• Maintain accurate documentation of insurance verification, claim follow-ups, and claim status updates.


• Accurately document information with a minimum typing speed of 35–40 WPM.

Key Requirements:

• Experience in US Dental Billing and a good understanding of the Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) process.


• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.


• Experience with dental practice management software such as Open Dental, Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or similar platforms is preferred.


• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.


• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work collaboratively.


• Comfortable working in US night shifts.
