Plant / Project Head – Overall Project Leadership & Plant Operations

• Lead end-to-end greenfield project execution from construction through commissioning.
• Own full plant operations including Production, Quality, SCM, EHS, and HR.
• Establish organizational structure, governance frameworks, and performance culture.
• Ensure timely ramp-to-rate and achievement of global operational benchmarks.
• Manage complete P&L responsibility, stakeholder reporting, and compliance.

⚙️ Production Head – Manufacturing Operations & Ramp-up

• Oversee shop-floor operations, including cell line management, OEE, and yield improvement.
• Drive production scaling from ramp-up to multi-GW annual capacity.
• Implement Lean, Six Sigma, and TPM for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with R&D for process optimization and new product introduction (NPI).
• Ensure global quality standards and cost-per-watt competitiveness.

🛠️ Maintenance Head – Equipment Reliability & Uptime

• Manage installation, maintenance, and lifecycle of all process equipment.
• Implement predictive and preventive maintenance strategies to maximize uptime.
• Partner with OEMs for AMC, spares planning, and technology upgrades.
• Build and lead maintenance teams across mechanical, electrical, and automation functions.
• Deliver performance on KPIs such as MTTR, MTBF, and energy efficiency.

🔌 Utility Head – Critical Plant Utilities & Infrastructure

• Oversee power, water, HVAC, compressed air, and other critical utilities.
• Ensure round-the-clock reliability, energy efficiency, and cost optimization.
• Lead design, installation, and commissioning of utility infrastructure.
• Implement sustainability initiatives in energy, waste, and water management.
• Drive long-term capacity planning aligned with plant scale-up.

👤 Ideal Candidate Profile

• Experience: 18–25 years in high-tech, process-driven manufacturing (solar, semiconductors, advanced materials, electronics).
• Proven leadership in large-scale projects (₹1,000 Cr+), greenfield setups, or rapid scale-up environments.
• Strong expertise in automation, MES, inline metrology, and high-throughput manufacturing.
• Practical application of Lean, Six Sigma, TPM.
• Education: B.Tech / M.Tech in Engineering or Technology; MBA preferred.
• Attributes: Strategic execution, cross-functional leadership, stakeholder management, and ability to deliver in dynamic environments.
