Deployment Technician

Responsibilities * Work with a global team of highly motivated platform engineers and software developers* Develop, test, and deliver software packages for distribution to user's desktops. Perform Quality analysis and UAT for delivered packages. Work with Applications ownersusers to troubleshoot and resolve any issues identified via standard ticketing tools like JIRA and ServiceNow Work with a global team of highly motivated platform engineers and software developers In-depth knowledge in Windows Operating Systems and Windows Installer (MSI) technology Extensive Experience with using any Windows packaging studio for building enterprise installers. Extensive experience with one or more scripting technologies: PowerShell, VBS, SQL, Windows Batch Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex and escalated Application issues. Experience with an enterprise software deployment toolset: MECM or Tanium Hands-on experience with WIX, Application virtualization, MSIX and Intune Sound knowledge of Active Directory Services and Global Group Policies Team player who can work in a fast paced, environment. Strong communication skill and able to work with remote counterparts internally Familiar with Linux basics & VMware
