In this role, a typical day will look like:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Depot Service Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of our equipment at customer sites. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for providing outstanding customer service.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Install, configure, certify and maintain Spectrophotometers and associated software.

• Conduct routine troubleshooting and repairs of equipment.

• Perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure optimal performance.

• Provide technical support and training to customers on equipment usage.

• Document service activities and maintain accurate records.

• Collaborate with the engineering and sales teams to address customer needs and improve product offerings.

• Ensure compliance with safety standards and protocols.

• Stay updated on industry trends and new technologies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Electronics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• 3 to 8 years of proven experience as a Service Engineer or similar role.

• Strong technical knowledge of troubleshooting electronic equipment.

• Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

• Willingness to travel occasionally
