Depth Co-Lead IJP

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the Team Lead to evaluate and define the creative and technical approach for assigned shots.


• Review work-in-progress tasks on a daily basis to ensure quality standards are maintained and project deliveries remain on schedule.


• Manage responsibilities with a balance of 70% Production and 30% Artist Mentoring.


• Identify challenges in production and determine the most effective solutions to achieve desired output.


• Ensure all assigned work is delivered within the planned schedule and allocated bid hours.


• Share technical knowledge, workflows, and best practices with team members.


• Mentor and support artists to enhance their technical and creative skill sets.


• Maintain strong coordination with the team to achieve project goals efficiently.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Only Senior Artists (1.4 SOP) will be considered.


• Employees must have completed a minimum of 3 years of service with the company as of 30th June 2026.
  


• For the year 2024, employees must have received performance ratings of either “1 – Outstanding”, “2 – Exceeding Expectations”, or “3 – Meeting Expectations”.


• For the year 2025, the average performance rating must be either “1 – Outstanding” or “2 – Exceeding Expectations”.


• For the year 2026, the average performance rating up to 30th June 2026 must be either “1 – Outstanding” or “2 – Exceeding Expectations”.


• Candidates should not have received any disciplinary warnings during the last one year.
