Job Description - Deputy General Manager - HR Shared Services & Employee Experience

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Lead end-to-end HR Shared Services operations and ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) and service quality standards.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance employee experience across onboarding, employee support, and offboarding processes.

Support HR digitization, automation, and workflow simplification initiatives to improve operational efficiency and user experience.

Drive implementation of AI-enabled solutions and emerging technologies within HR Shared Services.

Lead HR data governance and master data management initiatives to ensure accuracy, compliance, and reporting excellence.

Identify, evaluate, and implement new service delivery models, vendors, and technology solutions to enhance shared services effectiveness.

Manage strategic HRSS programs and transformation projects ensuring delivery within timelines, scope, and budget.

Monitor, analyze, and report service performance metrics, employee satisfaction scores, and operational dashboards.

Partner with HRBPs, COEs, Digital, IT, Finance, and external vendors to deliver seamless HR services.

Build and develop a high-performing HR Shared Services team through effective leadership, capability building, and engagement.

Drive governance, compliance, and process standardization across HR operations.

Experience

12+ years of progressive HR experience.
Minimum 5 years of experience in HR Shared Services, HR Operations, HR Transformation, or Employee Services leadership roles.
Proven experience in leading service delivery teams and driving large-scale HR process improvement initiatives.
Experience working with HRMS platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors, SAP HCM, Workday, Oracle HCM, or equivalent

Industry Preferred

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree from a recognized university. MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent
