Reporting to: Japanese HR and Japanese DMD
Qualification: MBA in HR
Responsibility:
. [Goal: to build a strong HR department as global standard level]. ・ To oversee all 7 branches and factories in India. ・ Recommend and promote business strategies (HR policies) from an HR perspective to the management team, including the President.
Requirement : ・ The ability to develop HR policies with a management perspective in a speedy manner with strong leadership skills. ・ Able to make proposals to management and negotiate with other departments as an HR professional. ・ Able to find out issues spontaneously and deal with them proactively. ・ Able to think from a global standard perspective. ・ Experience and broad knowledge not only of the Indian market but also of overseas capital companies. ・ Able to make quick decisions and take transformational action without adhering to the culture of Japanese companies. ・ Operational management of the HR department ▪ Knowledge and handle to be able to take initiative ・ Handle to be able to be independent and reform independently. ・ Can run independently with his/her own opinions.
