Expert proficiency in IBM Watson and IBM Discovery services (Mandatory) Experience in analyzing requirements to design Digital Assistant solutions by defining goals and conversational flows/dialogues is a must. Experience in understanding Orchestration layer and configuration of API calls. Experience in debugging technics while configuring Assistant and discovery. Experience in designing global conversational flow and depending on local needs, manage their localization technical solutioning perspective including integrated journeys with HR Master system. Experience in developing virtual assistant in 15+ different languages in local geographies using Watson/Google translation service. 1. 1. Must have excellent communication skills to work with a large team and across geographies. Ability to engage with customers at all level to identify their needs and gather new requirements
