Job Description - Deputy Manager

Description
  • Build and manage performance of new and existing franchises in alignment with operational goals. 
  • Track installation of new deep freezers in coordination with the sales team. 
  • Raise spare parts requirements & ensure their optimal usage across locations. 
  • Monitor asset repair status and manage deployments as per sales team requests with approval from Head MEM. 
  • Maintain stock of new and refurbished deep freezers at depots and track MEE-wise spare part usage. 
  • Track complaints, ensure timely follow-ups, maintain TAT, and record resolutions MEE-wise. 
  • Supervise TADA, attendance approvals for MEEs, and vendor bill processing in coordination with the MIS executive. 
  • Coordinate with business heads for routine department activities and business support functions. 
  • Review complaint status daily and submit TAT reports weekly and monthly. 
  • Oversee repair operations of E-carts and Push Carts across the assigned region.
