Deputy Manager || Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Resource to join our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing and implementing monitoring and evaluation systems across various social domains such as health, nutrition, education, livelihoods, natural resource management, and water-sanitation-hygiene.

Work experience: 4-6 years

Basic qualification:

Post graduation in social work/ development studies/ rural development/ urban development or related field.

Level- Deputy Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Experience of designing and implementing large CSR programs on any of the social sector domains (mentioned above)
• Develop and execute a comprehensive Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) strategy and plan for large social sector development programs or projects.
• Design and implement robust M&E systems to track program performance and impact, utilizing digital solutions for data collection and validation.
• Ensure high-quality project proposals, budgets, and action plans in coordination with program teams.
• Contribute to the development of program planning tools, including Theory of Change (TOC), Logical Framework Analysis (LFA), and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Conduct regular impact assessments and facilitate sustainability planning for CSR initiatives using standard global framework for impact assessment.
• Analyze data to inform decision-making processes and improve program visibility and success.
• Proficiency in multi-tasking and managing a large team of data collectors for large scale research projects.

Competencies:

• Proven experience in M&E, particularly within the social sector and with diverse social programs.
• Qualitative and quantitative research experience.
• Strong understanding of various M&E tools like theory of change and logical framework.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skill in English and Hindi.
• Open to extensive travel.
• Excellent command of MS office suite – word, excel, power-point.
