Deputy Manager- Costing

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

1. Conversion Cost Working -  Prepare and update conversion cost calculations.
                                             Analyze labor, overhead, and manufacturing cost elements.
2. Cost Roll-up Analysis - Perform BOM and routing roll-up analysis.
                                      Validate standard cost updates and variance impacts.
3. COPA (Profitability Analysis) :  Perform COPA entries and reconciliations.
                                                  Analyze profitability reports and investigate variances.
4. RPT (Related Party Transactions) - Maintain and monitor RPT transactions.
                                                         Support pricing validation and statutory compliance requirements.
                                                         Prepare periodic RPT reports and reconciliations.
5. Cost Audit  :Coordinate with auditors for cost audit requirements
                      Prepare cost records, schedules, and supporting documents
6. ECN (Engineering Change Notice) Review : Financial evaluation of ECN proposals.
                                                                   Support approval process through cost-benefit analysis.
7. IUTN / IDTN Reconciliation :Perform monthly reconciliation of Inter Unit Transfer Notes (IUTN) and Inter Division Transfer Notes (IDTN).
8. SAP CO Closing Activities

Experience

0 to 5 Years

Industry Preferred

Industry Preferred Any Automotive or component manufacturing company or other manufacturing company

Qualifications

CMA / CA/ ICWA

General Requirements

Attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong SAP and costing knowledge.
Cross-functional coordination and communication.
Ability to work under tight closing timelines.
